Tuna

Tilapia

Tilapia has 26.2 grams of protein per serving and it also contains Vitamin B12 and Omega-3 fatty acids. It costs much less than some other fish with the same levels of protein so it is very easy to purchase it staying within the budget. Tilapia is known to be the type of fish that is least smelly among all the fish species and for this reason it is also very fascinating for people who do not like the smell of fish.

Whitefish 

The meat of white fish is white colored as its name indicates. Some most common types of the whitefish are cod, hake, pollock, and haddock. It has a protein level of almost 24.5 grams per serving and it also contains iodine, selenium, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. It is mostly baked or grilled to serve the best taste.

Trout 

Trouts contain almost 26.6 grams of protein preserving and have low levels of fats and it is also rich in minerals, vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids. The best thing about this is it has a low level of mercury in its meat and it also contains potassium, niacin, selenium, and phosphorus.

Snapper

Snappers have 26.3 grams of protein per serving. Moreover, it also contains potassium, vitamin A, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids. One of the benefits of eating snapper fish is that it boosts up the immune system. Moreover, it also reduces the chances of eye diseases.

Grouper

Groups have 24.8 grams of protein. It is loaded with selenium, potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. Grouper fish has a high quantity of mercury present in its meat like many other types of fish, so its consumption must be limited and it should not be eaten in excessive amounts.

Mackerel 

It has 24.3 grams of protein per serving. Mackerel is also rich in iron, potassium, and omega-3 fatty acids. This kind of fish is tasty and has such healthy substances that boost the immune system and also fasten muscle recovery.
